"Javeri says that of a total of 58,319 dowry cases registered in the country in 2004, as many as 10,491 (18 per cent) could not even be charge-sheeted as the grounds were frivolous. Of the 47,828 (82 per cent) charge-sheeted, only 5,739 (9.8 per cent) were convicted. In other words, 24,127 (41 per cent) were acquitted as they were innocent, needlessly harassed due to faulty investigation, false complaints and bad prosecution. whenever there is a dowry case, a rape case, domestic violense case, or any case wich involves male/female both genders.... normally we judge it very easily, without going in details.... we conclude fast and always believe that "man involved in that perticular case is only guilty!"now thats injustice! before 50-60 years... it was a different era, when women were helpless, poor, treated as slave... and crimes against women were really the fact! Nowadays thanks to our LAW and Order, women are protected by LAW against almost all types of crimes! being female i feel freedom and pride of being Indian, as i am aware @ all LAWs to protect me!but what when the LAWs designed for protection are misused? and surprisingly these days more n more women are misusing LAW which are designed to bless them!ARE MEN GUILTY ALWAYS ??? NO!!!DOWRY case... as expalined above, this LAW against dowry is panic when used against any men... as when a Girl[bride / wife/ fiancee ] accuses her man for asking dowray... there is no direct proof available.. and in most of the cases we assume the girl "POOR Girl"....and the victim man as "monster" ... even newspapers give headlines such as "Dahej bhukhya varu" , "dahej daityo!" n all that!Why without any proof?Rape case... rarely but still countablly it has been noticed that many cases have been registered where a girl accuses man/men for rape... and the accused is innocent, as the LAW is used just for taking some personal revenge .. the gilr who is using the LAW unfairly is not aware @ the damage she s goin to make on the accused's life , present and future.. the POOR Accused will be unnecessarily labeled as "Rapist" and whole family will pay lifelong for the crime not done actually!Domestic violense..... thisLAW Protects wife from husbannd against the violense at home.. but manytimes in minor disputs or for some egoclashes, or for some selfish motives wife blame her husband and file a case... now the husband is alwas considered "Darinda", "nar pishach" or "rakshash" in such cases ... and whole life he needs to prove his innocense...these are just few examples... but if we turn around and see the world around us... we can find many such examples where female misuses the LAW and take advantage of being"FEMALE"...just being female doesnt mean she s right or poor or helpless... today girls are strong, sharp and can go to the extreme no1 can think to fulfill their evil intentions!I dont wanna blame any gender... but i wish we all can behave belanced for both genders,,,, no1 is poor n helpless these days!lets take the world fairly! lets dont misuse LAWs.... Lets try to understand people beyond the gender bias...lets consider situation from both ends ... lets be Neutral.... Lets be fare!lets believe "Men are not always guilty!"
