Father is father.. else all other are snakes of jungle!
confused????
let me make it simple!
"Baap ae Baap.... bija bahda jungle na SAAP!"
above line is said by great philosopher Mr. Keyur P. Shah[my hubby....]....
i know u must be laughing reading that as the true lines are for mother...
"ma te ma, bija badha vagda na VA!"
but my hubby has modified this popular saying and redefined the definition of "Father"!
how?
Our society has defined certain tasks for mother and father..
Father :: he is strong base and only support [financial] to family... so he has to earn , earn and earn.. father should never pamper child , as its task of mother[ typical hindi movie scenario " tumne hi apne ladale/ladli ko bigada hai, ab bhugto!"] .. father should give priority to money only and to family tradition.. he should not take any decision using emotions! father can never [nahi..... kabhi nahi.................] get involved in child's daily routine [such as playing with kid, taking care of baby's food, taking baby out for walk, singing "lori" to make baby asleep... and so on...].....
Mother:: her world should be only her husband and child... ["yeah char diware hi teri duniya he aur rasoi hi tumhara swarg hai!!!!!!!!!!!!!"].... need to write nething more?
but now scenario is changed.. male/female both are support[emotional as well as financial ] for home... both divide their responsibility and live happily... just like foreign countries Indian male is also these days aware @ his duties towards home, family and understand his wife's role and responsibilities better ways!
don't u agree???
welcome to my home::: it includes me, my hubby[keyur], n my sweetie pie- HEER.
like many normal families in India, we both husband and wife are working and sharing responsibilities.. but the sharing of responsibilities is quite unusual and funny... how? ? ?
I am commuting from ankleshwar to surat for my job, and keyur is having business at ankleshwar.. so he understand the 4 hour overhead i suffer in up-down... he has willingly accepted all responsibilities of our child.. as from morning to night, whenever i am at home either i am busy in kitchen or i am busy in some house hold work, at that time keyur takes all care @ Heer, starting from her waking up to making her sleep!
Heer's day starts with papa's Kissie and ends with papa's lori... she has learnt all eating, drinking, seating, standing, talking, all in papa's guidance! unlike usual fathers , keyur don't feel hesitant in doing all stuff which includes awaking several times a night for her or searching, learning and singing good bhajan's and LORIs to implant good values to her!
i cant decide who s more lucky! as a daughter HEER... or as a wife ME!
when any1 criticises @ all that he s doing don't come in a father's role... he simply replies ..
"baap e baap , bija badha jungle na saap!"
so, cant we define the saying this way?
what say?
Comments
Hats off to him.....
God bless u nd yr family....
you are lucky...
But i think whatever you have written in traditional way, that used to be once upon a time but today as normally both parents work i see system changing everywhere.
It is not that as wife works, husband takes more rresponsibilty but it is husband wants to take more responsibility and they really want to do everything for their kids.
At my home my mom is a house-wife but still i have seen my dad taking that responsibilty, just because he always said i want my kids to have everything and also because if my mom has to do it all then she will be busy handling us n we would be eating ordered meal everyday... lol
We dont have kids yet, but i know how it is going to be, i know more then me Ashit is going to be attached with them as right now even when we are not planning, he is always more close to them than me :)
thats what i said..
before some years... it was the situation..
and now its changed!
husbands are more understanding and loving!
they give both love n respect to wife....
so our gen is lucky!
Very Intersting Post...
Keep it....
